This small group (max 10), in-person, masked workshop is being held at Heart & Hands clinic space. Please wear an N95 or KN95 or equivalent respirator style mask or bring some cash to get one when you arrive.

This session uses hands-on self touch techniques to support the body in scar recovery. It is open to adults (+18) of all genders with any scars over 6 weeks old.
