Welcome Back Coaching Offerings

When I first launched into doing this freelance educator stuff, coaching was a part of it. I was seeing clients and practicing using mapping tools, deep imagination, divination and more to help folks find their way to a more full and honest version of themselves.

I took a huge step back from that work about 6 years ago, pulling that offering from the website. I felt like I was yet another voice in a sea of informally trained “professionals”. I was worried about being lumped into a profession where I saw people working without communities of practice or accountability, and in some cases, causing great harm with little to no reproach.

Over those 6 years I have been through a huge amount of formal and informal training that has me now ready to re-enter this role doing one on one support for folks who are looking for help navigating big transitions as well as folks who are ready to start exploring being in their bodies even though it may scare the shit out of them.

Yes, “coaching” is a non-formalized para-profession that doesn’t have easily identifiable pathways to accountability. As someone who is working in the role of ‘coach’, a part of establishing our working relationship includes acquainting you to the ways that I approach accountability within my practice. It’s emergent, rooted in schools and traditions that I have had the privilege to learn from, and a living part of how I work.
